Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Processing times can vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location. Estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout where available.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where tracking is available.
Shipping destinations
MyTinySecret ships to selected international destinations. The countries currently available for a particular order will be shown at checkout.
If your destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to accept an order to that destination at that time.
Delivery times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays and other circumstances outside our direct control.
Made for you. Production and delivery times vary by item. Orders containing fashion and Little Secrets may arrive separately, with one delivery charge at checkout.
Where required by applicable consumer law, orders will be delivered within the legally required period unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you. For UK consumer orders, this will ordinarily be within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
We will never add an undisclosed shipping charge after an order has been placed.
Orders containing multiple products
MyTinySecret operates across fashion, beauty and other product categories. Products may be prepared and dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
As a result, an order containing multiple items may sometimes arrive in more than one package and on different days.
Where available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we divide an order into multiple parcels unless this was clearly disclosed before purchase.
International orders, customs and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination.
Where MyTinySecret collects applicable duties or taxes at checkout, this will be indicated during checkout. Where such charges are not collected by us, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.
We recommend reviewing the import rules applicable in your country before ordering.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact hello@mytinysecret.co.uk as soon as possible.
We will attempt to correct the address where possible, but once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to change it.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law and where the error was not caused by MyTinySecret.
Tracking
Where tracked delivery is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
Carrier tracking can sometimes take time to update after a parcel has been collected.
Delayed shipments
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information first and then contact us at hello@mytinysecret.co.uk.
Carrier delays do not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@mytinysecret.co.uk with your order number and relevant details.
Where appropriate, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
